The basement level of our main building at Logos Nostos Estates is designed with sustainability and productivity in mind. A significant portion is dedicated to the growth, processing, and sale of agricultural products.

Adjacent to, but separate from, the agricultural area, the basement also houses comprehensive childcare and education facilities. Our bright daycare room offers:

    • gyms have access to a two-story indoor pool, with a locker room, hot tub, and sauna 
    • industrial laundry facilities are strategically placed to serve the needs of all users.

          The second level of the community building transitions into the ground floor of the main house with a lavish 2-bedroom plus loft vacation rental, complete with two bathrooms and an open floor plan. Ideal for multi-family vacations, this space allows visitors to experience our community’s lifestyle firsthand, without any commitment.

          The dependents wing on the main level of Logos Nostos Estates is designed to cater to our youngest children, combining safety with learning and fun. This wing includes a nursery and a bunk room, both of which are crafted to support the growth and well-being of children in our community.


          Enclosed Play Yard and Shared Playroom:

          The nursery and bunk room share access to a fully enclosed play yard, allowing children to play freely and safely without the need for constant adult supervision. They also have access to a shared playroom, which serves as a hub for creative and interactive play.


          Communal Bathroom:

          Off the playroom is a child-only, locker room-style bathroom designed specifically for little ones. This setup is not only child-sized but also an educational space where children begin to learn good bathroom hygiene practices from an early age.


          Integrated CareShare Support:

          The layout of the dependents wing is optimized for our CareShare program. The adult assigned to supervise the nursery has a line on the bunk room as well, making it possible to efficiently oversee and interact with all children in their care. This design enhances the ability to provide attentive and nurturing supervision, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our youngest members and more structured independence as they grow.

          This level features two 2-credit suites and two 3-credit suites, offering varying levels of privacy and amenities to cater to the preferences and requirements of our members.


          Dormitories for Teenage Dependents:

          • gender-segregated
          • cubicle loft beds that strike the perfect balance between privacy and community presence

          These arrangements provide enough personal space to foster independence while ensuring that each individual remains accountable within the communal settng.

            Vacation Rental for the Communal Experience:

            • Location and Design: Situated on the second floor of the professional building, aligning with the ground floor of the main house, this vacation rental is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests.
            • It features two bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and two bathrooms, offering families and groups a taste of communal living without the commitment of household membership.
            • Access and Views: Guests enjoy a private entrance on the first floor, leading up to the unit and providing direct access to the pool area. A spectacular wall of windows offers views into the bright, two-story pool room, opposite a entrance from the patio that connects to the outdoor pool patio of the main house via a custom elevator/bridge.


            Professional Spaces for Collaboration and Growth:

            • Resourceful Grounds: The first floor houses a 24/7 accessible legal and financial resource library, open to all members with a keycard, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
            • Elevated Operations: The second level, reachable via an elevator or separate stairs, includes a bright conference room and two offices equipped with secret doors leading to the living room of the ‘Other Wing’. This setup not only ensures privacy and ease of access but also supports the operations of our Round Table Legal Review and its partners.
            • A full bathroom adds convenience to this professional enclave.

            Essential Bathroom Amenities for Every Resident at Logos Nostos Estates

            At our Logos Nostos Estates, commitment to comfort and functionality is reflected in our comprehensive array of bathroom facilities, designed to meet the needs of our diverse community. Here is a breakdown of these facilities:

            Full Bathrooms: We have 10 full bathrooms equipped with all essential features, ensuring privacy and convenience, for personal hygiene routines. Our three credit member suites and our office suites feature private full bathrooms.

            Half Baths: Our 6 half baths provide additional access, strategically placed throughout the community for ease of use. All communal and public areas have easy access to at least one, half bath

            Wet Rooms: There are 14 wet rooms available, offering a versatile space for toilet, sink, and shower. These are basically tiled half baths with a drain in the floor and a shower head on the wall. They are designed to handle high usage efficiently and hygienically and can mostly be found with one or two credit accommodations and older dependent dorms.

            Locker Rooms: For communal activities and the younger dependents, we provide 3 lockerroom style bathrooms, which are essential for accommodating groups, ensuring that personal storage and changing areas are ample and well-organized.

            These facilities support our community of over 21 adult members and up to 42 dependents, effectively managing a combined monthly contribution of up to $12,625. 

            This infrastructure not only meets daily needs but also enhances the overall living experience at Logos Nostos Estates, promoting a seamless and comfortable environment for all residents.
